【國際處公告】111-1學期境外生獎助學金申請

【Announcement】2022 Fall Semester, Scholarship and Grant Application for International Students

※申請時間：台灣時間111年8月24日至29日，中午12時止。

※申請方式：請於截止日前完成線上申請和資料上傳。

※申請資料：
1.110-2學期學業成績單(成績單上務必要有110-2學期班級排名資訊)  
2.相關證明文件(如清寒證明、優秀傑出表現等文件)。

※注意事項：
1.下列各項目之獎助學金，可重複申請，但經審查後僅能擇一受獎。
2.    標註之獎助學金，獲獎後須於當學期完成國際事務服務時數(依受獎額度安排服務時數)，否則將影響未來再續申請獎助學金權益。服務地點：博愛校區國際事務處。
3.務必確認需上傳資料都已完整上傳，如未完整上傳，將影響審查資格和結果。
4.工作證(受獎生報到時務必繳交，報到時未繳交，不保留受獎資格)：
 (1)請務必先完成 111-1學期註冊繳費，申請在學證明後，再申請工作證。申請網址：https://reurl.cc/pgXv9d。
 (2)繳交的工作證，有效期是到112年3月31日。

※ Application period: Taiwan time, Aug 24 to 29, 2022 (deadline: 12 a.m., Aug 29).

※ Application method: Apply online. Upload the required documents before the deadline.

※ Application information:
 1.Academic transcript from the 2022 Spring semester (student's class rank in the 2022 spring semester must be indicated in the transcript. )
 2.Relevant identity documentation (e.g., low-income household certificate and proof of achievements)

※ Remarks:
 1. Students shall not be awarded with more than one of the following grants in principle. Students may apply for more than one of the following grants, but can only receive one.
 2. For      labeled scholarships and grants, students must finish international service hours. Unfulfilled service hours will affect students' future applications for scholarships and grants. Service location: Office of International Affairs, Bo-ai Campus.
 3. Students must upload all required documents. Failing to do so will affect their eligibility and the evaluation procedures.
 4. Work permit (must be submitted at the time of registration) :
  (1) Please complete the tuition payment for the 2022 Fall semester before applying. Application website: https://reurl.cc/pgXv9d 
  (2) Your work permit is valid until March 31, 2023.
