EVENT: 112-1 International Career Counselling Series 1 -  Vietnamese Teacher's Story of Transnational Value Creation

DATAILS: In recent years, new immigrants and migrant workers from Southeast Asia have become a part of life in Taiwan, and travellers speaking Southeast Asian languages can always be heard on the road. Office of International Affairs and the Center for General Education have collaborated to invite a senior Vietnamese interpreter in the course "International Cooperation and Leadership", to share the interpreting and response skills needed for international communication, as well as the international communication skills stimulated by the teaching languages of the new immigration in 12-year Basic Education. In the hope that the UT students will understand the transnational values that need to be created in globalization world.

活動說明：近年來，來自東南亞的新住民及移工逐漸成為台灣生活的一部分，在路上總是能夠聽到講東南亞語言的旅人。國際事務處和通識教育中心合作，在「國際合作與領導」課程當中邀請資深越南語通譯老師，講述國際交流下所需要的通譯及應變能力，以及因應12年課綱新住民母語教學激發的國際溝通能力，期許北市大學生們一起了解在全球化所需要創造的跨國價值。
