Activity Description： This week's Chinese language course for international students will enable them to experience the distinct charm of the Chinese tea art. Taught by two professional tea masters, the course covers a wide range of classic tea varieties, including Biluochun, Bao Seed Tea, Oolong Tea, Tieguanyin, Beauty Tea etc. Students will be able to enjoy the aroma and flavour of Chinese tea. Students learned about tea culture and savoured the profundity of Chinese tea art in a tea-scented classroom. Through hands-on practice, they learned about the craftmanship of different tea types, the selection and use of tea utensils, and tea etiquette. Whilst exploring the Chinese Tea Ceremony, the students also gained a better understanding of Chinese culture.
