To strengthen alumni connections and expand its international presence, the University of Taipei recently hosted an alumni gathering in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The event welcomed local alumni, Principal Cheng of the Taipei School in Kuala Lumpur, and several distinguished local figures, creating a warm and lively atmosphere.
The gathering was personally attended by Dr. Kuang-Hsia Liu, Dean for International Affairs, who expressed heartfelt gratitude to the alumni and introduced the University's recent achievements in internationalization, academic research, and overseas recruitment. During the event, alumni actively shared their study experiences and career developments, fostering mutual exchanges and showcasing the strong unity and spirit of the UT community.
Principal Cheng also shared insights on promoting Taiwanese education in Malaysia and praised the University of Taipei’s proactive efforts in international engagement.
