UT Hosts Online Meeting to Prepare for the Establishment of the Malaysia Alumni Association

On Sunday, July 27, 2025, at 7:00 p.m., the Office of International Affairs at the University of Taipei hosted an online meeting to prepare for the establishment of the Malaysia Alumni Association. Malaysian alumni and current students were warmly invited to participate in the discussion.

During the meeting, the Office introduced the draft bylaws of the association, outlined the proposed leadership structure and roles, and facilitated an open discussion on future activities, communication mechanisms, and operational plans. The meeting aimed to strengthen the connection between UT and its Malaysian alumni and to lay a solid foundation for the formal establishment of the association.

The Office of International Affairs emphasized its ongoing commitment to maintaining close ties with overseas alumni and fostering collaboration and mutual support. Alumni are regarded as valuable partners in promoting the university’s internationalization efforts.
