臺北市立大學114學年度國際專修部學生展現驚人學習成效，在2026年首場（1月10日 - 1月11日）華語文能力測驗（TOCFL）中大放異彩。本屆有60%學生順利通過A2（基礎級）以上測驗，其中更有3名學生跨級取得B1（進階級）認證。刷新本校國際專修部設立以來的最高合格紀錄。
本校114年度國際專修部華語先修課程於2025年9月22日正式開課，包含越南籍與紐西蘭籍華語先修生，在張雅婷老師與黃思彤老師的細心指導下，從初抵台時的生疏，到如今能流利掌握華語基礎，進步神速。歷經短短3個多月的密集修習，全體學生首次參加測驗，即展現爆發性的學習實力，將所學發揮得淋漓盡致。
本次測驗結果亮眼，60%學生成功挑戰A2以上等級，其中3名同學更是一舉奪得B1進階級認證，創下國專部成立以來的最佳成績。此外，來自英語系國家的紐西蘭籍同學William，入學時完全不懂中文，卻能在本次閱讀測驗中成功通過A2等級，其展現出的學習熱忱與毅力，值得嘉許。
北市大國際事務處致力推動國際專修部課程，憑藉優良的師資、即時學習管理追蹤，並結合本處華語組協力的課業支援機制，帶領學生進入華語學習正軌。

Students of the University of Taipei’s International Foundation Program for the 2025–2026 academic year demonstrated remarkable learning outcomes by achieving outstanding results in the first Test of Chinese as a Foreign Language (TOCFL) of 2026, held from January 10 to January 11. Sixty percent of the students successfully passed A2 (Basic Level) or above, including three students who advanced directly to obtain B1 (Intermediate Level) certification—setting a new record since the establishment of the program.
The Mandarin Preparatory Program officially commenced on September 22, 2025, with students from Vietnam and New Zealand enrolled. Under the dedicated guidance of Ms. Ya-Ting Chang and Ms. Szu-Tung Huang, students made rapid progress, advancing from initial unfamiliarity upon arrival in Taiwan to confidently mastering fundamental Mandarin skills. After just over three months of intensive study, all students took the TOCFL for the first time and demonstrated exceptional learning potential by fully applying what they had learned.
The test results were particularly impressive, with 60% of students achieving A2 or above and three students attaining B1 certification, marking the best performance in the history of the International Foundation Program. Notably, William, a student from New Zealand, had no prior knowledge of Chinese upon enrollment yet successfully passed the A2 level in the reading section, demonstrating admirable enthusiasm and perseverance.
The Office of International Affairs at the University of Taipei remains committed to advancing the International Foundation Program through high-quality instruction, systematic learning progress monitoring, and comprehensive academic support in collaboration with the Chinese Language Program, guiding students onto a solid path of Mandarin learning.

Sinh viên Chương trình Dự bị Quốc tế năm học 2025–2026 của Đại học Thành phố Đài Bắc đã thể hiện hiệu quả học tập vượt trội khi đạt thành tích ấn tượng trong kỳ thi Năng lực Hoa ngữ TOCFL đầu tiên năm 2026, diễn ra từ ngày 10 đến ngày 11 tháng 1. Có 60% sinh viên đạt trình độ A2 (cơ bản) trở lên, trong đó 3 sinh viên vượt cấp và đạt chứng chỉ B1 (trung cấp), thiết lập kỷ lục cao nhất kể từ khi chương trình được thành lập.
Chương trình Hoa ngữ dự bị của Chương trình Dự bị Quốc tế chính thức khai giảng vào ngày 22 tháng 9 năm 2025, với sự tham gia của sinh viên đến từ Việt Nam và New Zealand. Dưới sự hướng dẫn tận tình của cô Trương Nhã Đình và cô Hoàng Tư Đồng, sinh viên đã tiến bộ nhanh chóng, từ những ngày đầu còn bỡ ngỡ khi mới đến Đài Loan đến việc vững vàng nắm bắt nền tảng Hoa ngữ. Chỉ sau hơn ba tháng học tập chuyên sâu, toàn bộ sinh viên lần đầu dự thi đã thể hiện năng lực học tập vượt bậc và vận dụng hiệu quả kiến thức đã học.
Kết quả kỳ thi rất khả quan với 60% sinh viên đạt A2 trở lên, trong đó 3 sinh viên xuất sắc đạt chứng chỉ B1, ghi dấu thành tích tốt nhất từ trước đến nay của Chương trình Dự bị Quốc tế. Đặc biệt, sinh viên người New Zealand William, dù hoàn toàn chưa biết tiếng Hoa khi nhập học, vẫn xuất sắc vượt qua trình độ A2 ở phần đọc, thể hiện tinh thần học tập nghiêm túc và ý chí đáng khen ngợi.
