國際生期末職涯活動|2026最新留臺就業指南 協助學生掌握政策與職涯轉銜方向
本學期第二場「國際生期末職涯活動-2026最新留臺就業指南」已於6月3日順利辦理完成,國際事務處感謝同學於期末繁忙期間踴躍參與,積極出席並與講師進行交流互動,針對留臺工作資格、求職準備及未來職涯發展等議題提出多元提問,現場互動熱絡。
本次活動特別邀請遠邦國際品牌顧問股份有限公司謝易玲專案經理擔任講師。謝經理身為馬來西亞僑生,以自身在臺求學、求職及職涯發展經驗為例,分享國際學生從學習階段銜接至職場的實務歷程,並結合最新留臺就業相關法規,協助學生掌握畢業後留臺發展之重要資訊與申請重點。
活動內容重點包括:

透過本次活動,學生不僅更加掌握最新留臺就業政策與法規資訊,也透過學長姐經驗分享獲得實務建議,進一步提升對未來留臺發展與職涯規劃之信心。
國際事務處未來將持續推動多元職涯輔導活動,協助學生深化對產業與政策之理解,並強化其職涯規劃能力與國際就業競爭力。
International Student Career Event: “2026 Guide to Working in Taiwan” Enhances Students’ Understanding of Policies and Career Transition Pathways
The second session of this semester’s International Student Final Career Series, titled “2026 Guide to Working in Taiwan,” was successfully held on June 3. The Office of International Affairs extends its appreciation to all students for their enthusiastic participation despite the busy end-of-semester period. Students actively attended the session and engaged in discussions on work eligibility in Taiwan, job preparation, and future career development, resulting in a highly interactive learning environment.
The session invited Ms. Hsieh Yi-Ling, Project Manager at Yuan Bang International Brand Consulting Co., Ltd., as the guest speaker. As a Malaysian overseas student, Ms. Hsieh shared her personal journey of studying, job searching, and career development in Taiwan. Drawing from her experience, she provided practical insights into the transition from student life to the workplace and combined the latest regulations on employment for international graduates to help students understand key post-graduation opportunities and requirements.

The Office of International Affairs expresses sincere gratitude to Ms. Hsieh Yi-Ling for her professional and insightful sharing. Her first-hand experience as an international student working in Taiwan helped participants better understand both the challenges and opportunities of pursuing a career in Taiwan.
Through this session, students not only gained a clearer understanding of the latest employment policies and regulations in Taiwan but also received valuable practical advice from alumni experience sharing, thereby strengthening their confidence in future career planning and development in Taiwan.
The Office of International Affairs will continue to organize diverse career development programs to enhance students’ understanding of industry trends and policies, while strengthening their career planning skills and global employability.
