就業輔導講座|印尼國際生在臺九年留臺經驗分享 結合數位工具提升職涯準備度
本次「印尼國際生、在臺9年、成功留臺」就業輔導講座由國際事務處規劃辦理,特別邀請Cake國際人才平台Account Executive彭鈺雯(Evelyn)擔任講師。講師以自身身為印尼國際學生,在臺求學與職涯發展長達九年之經驗為主軸,分享從學生身分銜接至成功留臺就業之完整歷程。
講師透過自身案例說明國際學生在臺求學、實習、求職及職涯發展過程中可能面臨之挑戰與機會,並介紹求職平台資源及AI履歷優化工具,協助學生掌握臺灣就業市場現況與企業人才需求,進一步提升留臺就業準備度與職涯規劃能力。
本次活動共回收問卷29份。整體滿意度達93.2%,未來職涯助益程度為88.2%,留臺就業信心程度為89.0%,顯示多數學生認為本次活動有助於提升其對留臺發展、求職準備及職涯規劃之理解與信心。
在講師表現方面,Cake國際人才平台Account Executive彭鈺雯(Evelyn)之整體授課滿意度達93.2%。講師結合自身在臺九年之學習與職涯發展經驗,分享國際學生留臺發展歷程與實務案例,並介紹Cake平台所提供之AI履歷優化工具,協助學生運用數位工具提升履歷品質與求職競爭力。
活動過程中,學生互動踴躍,針對求職管道、履歷準備、留臺工作機會及職涯發展等議題積極提問,與講師進行深入交流。
整體而言,本次活動透過結合留臺經驗分享、求職實務建議及數位工具應用,有效提升學生對未來學習規劃、職涯發展及留臺就業之認識與信心,具持續推動與深化辦理之價值。
Career Development Seminar: Indonesian International Student Shares Nine-Year Journey of Studying and Working in Taiwan, Integrating Digital Tools for Career Preparation
The Career Development Seminar titled “Indonesian International Student, 9 Years in Taiwan, Successfully Staying and Working in Taiwan” was organized by the Office of International Affairs. The session invited Ms. Evelyn Peng (Account Executive at Cake Global Talent Platform) as the guest speaker. Drawing on her nine years of experience as an Indonesian international student in Taiwan, she shared her journey from student life to successfully building a career and remaining in Taiwan.
Through personal experiences, the speaker illustrated the challenges and opportunities international students may encounter during their studies, internships, job search, and career development in Taiwan. She also introduced job search platforms and AI-powered resume optimization tools, helping students better understand Taiwan’s job market and employers’ expectations, thereby enhancing their career planning and job readiness.
A total of 29 valid questionnaires were collected. The overall satisfaction rate reached 93.2%, with a perceived career development benefit of 88.2% and a 89.0% confidence level in pursuing employment in Taiwan. The results indicate that the seminar effectively enhanced students’ understanding and confidence regarding career planning, job preparation, and staying in Taiwan for work.
Regarding speaker performance, Ms. Evelyn Peng received an overall teaching satisfaction rate of 93.2%. She combined her nine-year academic and career experience in Taiwan to share practical insights and real-world cases of international student career development. She also introduced Cake’s AI-based resume optimization tools, helping students improve the quality and competitiveness of their resumes through digital solutions.
During the session, students actively engaged in discussions and raised questions regarding job search channels, resume preparation, employment opportunities in Taiwan, and career development pathways, resulting in a highly interactive learning environment.
Overall, the seminar effectively integrated experiential sharing, practical job-seeking advice, and digital career tools, significantly enhancing students’ understanding and confidence in academic planning, career development, and employment opportunities in Taiwan. The program demonstrates strong value for continued implementation and further development.
