【國際交流】臺北市立大學 X 日本東京都立大學
臺北市立大學於2026年8月28日接待日本東京都立大學參訪,雙方於本校天母校區進行交流,透過校務介紹、學術分享及未來合作規劃,深化兩校間的交流與合作。
本次交流由臺北市立大學校長邱英浩教授、國際事務長陳姿伶教授、總務處林淑雯總務長、城市發展學系黃國慶老師及秘書室輔導員張雅婷共同參與;東京都立大學則由饗庭伸教授(Shin Aiba)、山村崇副教授(Shu Yamamura)代表出席。雙方透過面對面的交流,增進彼此對校務發展及學術研究方向的了解。
交流會議首先由雙方進行學校介紹,並播放兩校介紹影片,讓與會人員更加了解彼此的校務特色與發展方向。東京都立大學亦特別準備簡報進行分享,針對學術研究及交流方向進行介紹,雙方就相關議題進行交流與討論。
在未來合作規劃方面,東京都立大學預計於2027年8月底至9月間來訪本校,若交流計畫順利成行,將進行約一週的交流活動,內容涵蓋田野調查、學術研究成果分享等。隔年,本校亦規劃組團赴日本東京都立大學進行交流,透過雙向互訪與學術交流,持續深化兩校合作關係,拓展師生國際交流與學習機會。

【International Exchange】University of Taipei × Tokyo Metropolitan University
On August 28, 2026, the University of Taipei hosted a delegation from Tokyo Metropolitan University, Japan, for an academic exchange at the Tianmu Campus. The visit provided an opportunity for both universities to exchange information on university development, academic research, and future collaboration, further strengthening their partnership and international engagement.
The University of Taipei delegation included President Ying-Hao Chiu, Dean of the Office of International Affairs Tzu-Ling Chen, General Affairs Officer Shu-Wen Lin, Department of Urban Development faculty member Kuo-Ching Huang, and Administrative Counselor Ya-Ting Chang from the Secretariat. Tokyo Metropolitan University was represented by Professor Shin Aiba and Associate Professor Shu Yamamura. Through face-to-face discussions, both sides gained a deeper understanding of each other's institutional development and academic research directions.
The meeting began with introductions to both universities, followed by the screening of university introduction videos, allowing participants to gain a better understanding of each institution’s characteristics and development. The Tokyo Metropolitan University delegation also prepared a presentation highlighting its academic research and potential areas for exchange, followed by discussions on relevant topics between the two sides.
Looking ahead, Tokyo Metropolitan University is expected to visit the University of Taipei for approximately one week between late August and September 2027. If the exchange program proceeds as planned, the activities will include fieldwork and academic research presentations. In the following year, the University of Taipei also plans to organize a delegation to visit Tokyo Metropolitan University in Japan. Through reciprocal visits and academic exchange, the two universities hope to further strengthen their partnership and create more international learning and academic opportunities for faculty and students.
