教育部促成臺韓教育交流　北市大與首爾教育大學共議AI教育及學生互訪合作

　　臺北市立大學在教育部協助促成下，9月11日於博愛校區接待首爾教育大學來訪。此次首爾教育大學由金房出副校長率團訪問，並由本校國際事務處陳姿伶國際長、教育學院陳淑瑜院長及特殊教育學系柯朱婷主任代表出席；教育部林育柔二等教育秘書亦蒞臨參與。雙方透過校務介紹與座談交流，深入了解彼此辦學特色，並就未來合作方向交換意見。

　　會中，金房出副校長分享首爾教育大學推動「AIcation」（AI + Education）的發展方向，說明該校致力將人工智慧與教育科技融入師資培育、教學實務及課程發展，並曾與Google合作推動相關計畫。北市大亦藉此了解韓國師資培育與教育科技發展趨勢，為未來跨校交流奠定良好基礎。 在學生交流方面，雙方認為臺韓學生對彼此文化與學習環境均具高度興趣，未來可評估短期研習、主題工作坊及學期交換等合作模式。雙方並達成共識，如後續推動學生交換或其他制度性合作，宜先建立校際合作備忘錄（MOU）作為基礎，再就交換名額、修課安排及執行方式等細節深入研議。

　　此外，金房出副校長具運動員背景及體育運動史研究專長，雙方也認為，除教育領域外，未來可視相關系所需求，進一步探討體育領域交流及學術合作的可能性，並歡迎北市大未來組團赴首爾教育大學參訪。

　　陳姿伶國際長表示，北市大將持續透過雙方窗口保持聯繫，視合作需求推動互訪、學生交流、系所合作及學術活動參與等具體安排，逐步深化臺韓教育交流與實質合作。

 

MOE Promotes Taiwan-Korea Educational Exchange: UTaipei and SNUE Discuss AI Education and Student Exchange Cooperation

Facilitated by the Ministry of Education, University of Taipei hosted a delegation from Seoul National University of Education at its Bo-Ai Campus on September 11. The visiting delegation was led by SNUE Vice President Bang-Chool Kim, while UT was represented by Dean of International Affairs Tzu-Ling Chen, Dean of the College of Education Shu-Yu Chen, and Department Chair of Special Education Chu-Ting Ko. Amber Lin, Second Secretary of the Ministry of Education, also attended the meeting.

Through institutional presentations and discussion sessions, both sides gained a deeper understanding of each other's educational characteristics and exchanged views on future directions for collaboration. During the meeting, Vice President Bang-Chool Kim shared SNUE's initiative in promoting "AIcation" (AI + Education), explaining the university's commitment to integrating artificial intelligence and educational technology into teacher training, instructional practice, and curriculum development, alongside its past collaboration with Google on related projects. UT also gained insights into current trends in Korean teacher education and educational technology, laying a solid foundation for future cross-institutional exchanges. Regarding student exchanges, both parties noted the high level of interest among Taiwanese and Korean students in each other's culture and learning environments. Future collaboration models may evaluate short-term study programs, thematic workshops, and exchange semesters. Both sides reached a consensus that implementing student exchanges or other formal arrangements should begin with establishing a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) as a foundation, followed by detailed discussions on exchange quotas, course arrangements, and operational procedures.

Additionally, as Vice President Bang-Chool Kim holds an athletic background and specializes in the history of physical education, both sides identified potential for academic collaboration and exchanges in sports science based on department-level needs, alongside extending an invitation for a UT delegation to visit SNUE in the future.

Dean of International Affairs Tzu-Ling Chen stated that UT will maintain continuous communication through mutual contact windows to advance concrete arrangements—including reciprocal visits, student exchanges, departmental collaborations, and academic event participation—gradually deepening educational exchanges and substantive cooperation between Taiwan and South Korea.
