雄獅集團「第六屆雄獅全球人才『哈伯造星計畫』」現正招生中，歡迎對旅遊生活產業、企業實務及國際職涯發展有興趣之學生踴躍報名。
「哈伯造星計畫」不僅提供實習機會，更規劃從企業研習、國內外實習、入部媒合至MA職涯養成的完整職涯發展路徑，讓學生有機會將所學專業實際應用於企業場域，參與跨部門專案並接觸全球市場。
參與「哈伯造星計畫」將有機會獲得以下學習與職涯發展機會：
8天企業研習營：由雄獅集團中高階主管及企業講師參與授課與分享。
國內及海外實習：從臺灣總部延伸至海外市場，累積實務經驗。
MA兩年職涯養成：透過「研習 → 實習 → 入部媒合 → 專業職能發展」逐步培養職場能力。
跨域職涯發展：商管、資訊、財金、數據、行銷及其他多元專業領域皆有發展機會。
MA正式聘任起薪：學士新臺幣43,000元；碩士新臺幣48,000元。

Lion Travel Group is now recruiting participants for the 6th Harbor Global Talent Development Program. International students who are interested in the tourism and lifestyle industry, corporate practice, and international career development are welcome to apply.
The Harbor Program is more than an internship. It provides a comprehensive career development pathway covering corporate training, domestic and overseas internships, department matching, and Management Associate (MA) career development.
Through the program, participants will have opportunities to apply their professional knowledge in real-world business settings, participate in cross-department projects, and gain exposure to global markets.
Participants may have the opportunity to:
Join an 8-day corporate training program led by senior executives and corporate trainers from Lion Travel Group.
Participate in domestic and overseas internships, gaining practical experience in Taiwan and international markets.
Follow a two-year MA development pathway, from training and internships to department matching and professional development.
Explore cross-disciplinary career opportunities in business management, information technology, finance, data, marketing, and other professional fields.
Receive a competitive starting salary upon formal MA employment: NT$43,000 for bachelor’s degree holders and NT$48,000 for master’s degree holders.
