「三邊獎學金計畫」（Trilateral Scholarship Program）是一項國際教育倡議，旨在促進捷克（利貝雷茨總體理工大學）、德國（薩克森自由州）、波蘭（下西里西亞省）以及來自非洲、亞洲與拉丁美洲全球夥伴之間的合作。該計畫由利貝雷茨州政府（KULK）與利貝雷茨總體理工大學（TUL）共同協調執行，目標在於探索全球機遇、發掘創新領域的合作潛力，並加強三國邊境地區的專業交流。

時程表 (Timeline)

• 2026 年 10 月 30 日 – 報名截止日（請使用申請表單）

• 2026 年 11 月 – 審查作業

• 2026 年 11 月底 – 通知錄取者

• 2027 年 2 月 – 2027 學年度夏季學期開學

 

申請資格 (Who can apply?)

• 名額：

  • 捷克籍學生 3 名

  • 德國籍學生 3 名

  • 波蘭籍學生 3 名

  • 非洲地區學生 2 名

  • 亞洲地區學生 2 名

  • 拉丁美洲地區學生 2 名

• 利貝雷茨捷克理工大學 (TUL) 所提供的所有學科領域之學生
• 申請者原就讀的大學不一定要是合作姊妹校，只要學生正在攻讀正式學位即可
• 英文能力需達 B2 等級（相當於 IELTS 雅思 5.0 - 6.5，或 TOEFL 托福 87 至 109 分）

 

• 申請時必須已完成以下任一階段：
  • 學士班（學士學位）至少 1 年
  • 碩士班（碩士學位）至少 1 個學期
  • 博士班（博士學位）至少 1 年

 

• 繳交文件
  • 原就讀大學同意書 Home University Approval Form
  • 2027 學年度夏季學期申請表 Application Form – Summer Semester 2027
• 獎學金
  • 捷克 / 德國 / 波蘭籍學生： 每月 €700 歐元 + 一次性補助 €200 歐元
  • 非歐盟地區學生（含亞洲）： 每月 €700 歐元 + 一次性補助 €1,500 歐元

The Trilateral Scholarship Program is an international educational initiative aimed at promoting cooperation between the Czech Republic (TUL), Germany (Saxony), Poland (Lower Silesia), and global partners from Africa, Asia, and Latin America. The program is coordinated by the Liberec Region (KULK) and the Technical University of Liberec (TUL). Its goal is to explore global opportunities, identify collaboration potential in the field of innovation, and strengthen professional exchange in the trilateral border region.

Timeline

• October 30^th 2026  – the deadline for registration – Please use this Application Form
• November 2026 – Candidate selection for all students
• End of November 2026 – Successful applicants will be contacted
• February 2027 – Start of the summer semester 2027 

Who can apply?

• 3 students with Czech citizenship
• 3 students with German citizenship
• 3 students with Polish citizenship
• 2 students from Africa
• 2 students from Asia
• 2 students from Latin America

• For students in all fields of study (offered at TUL)
• The university does not need to be a partner institution, as long as the student is pursuing a full degree.
• English level B2 (similar to IELTS: 5-6.5, or TOEFL: 87 to 109)

To apply, you must have completed:

• at least 1 year of a Bachelor’s degree, or 
• 1 semester of a Master’s degree, or 
• 1 year of a PhD programme

Scholarship support

Students receive financial support for the full 5-month semester:

 

CZ / DE / PL students: €700/month + €200 one-time contribution

Non-EU students: €700/month + €1500 one-time contribution
