In order to expand the introduction of overseas Chinese to Taiwan for education and employment, and to resolve issues such as the declining birthrate in Taiwan and the shortage of professional talents, the Digital Governance Association and the Overseas Chinese Committee promote the "Top 50 Overseas Chinese Students Cultivation, Employment, and Internship Program".
The strength of the industry, government, and academia has jointly assisted overseas Chinese students, Hong Kong and Macao students to come to Taiwan for the development of Taiwanese enterprises.
- "OIU Overseas Chinese Online University" is provided by the cooperation of the Overseas Chinese Committee, universities, companies (industry, government, and academic)A platform for overseas Chinese, Hong Kong and Macao students to help students learn courses, exam certificates and employment.
- In addition to providing the necessary programming language for everyone in the technological generation, the course content is more importantly free of charge.

3 Course content: Java OCP JP programmer certification class, Java Web OCE JWCD component system development certification, Java enterprise industry-university employment class (see the attachment for details of other courses)
