為了關懷來自世界各地、在本校努力學習的國際與海外學生 🌏， 國際處特別舉辦本學期的 期中關懷活動 💕。 希望透過這次溫馨的交流時光 🌿， 讓同學們在忙碌的學習生活中稍作喘息， 彼此分享在臺灣的生活點滴與心情 ✨， 並感受到學校如家一般的支持與陪伴 🏫💖。

🍨除此之外, 為使境外生了解臺灣冰淇淋產業, 特邀請1947年創立之雪王冰淇淋負責人高慶豐先生進行產業講座,分享雪王冰淇淋創立於民國36年（1947年）的故事，從街頭的冰淇淋推車起家，至今已傳承三代。 該店以其70多種獨家創新口味聞名，包括傳統的甜味冰淇淋和獨特的鹹味冰淇淋（如肉鬆、豬腳、麻油雞等）。

To show care and appreciation for 🌏 international and overseas Chinese students who are studying diligently at our university,
the Office of International Affairs warmly presents this semester’s Midterm Care Gathering 💕.

Through this heartwarming event 🌿, we hope students can take a short break from their busy academic schedules,
✨ share their experiences and feelings about life in Taiwan,
and 🏫 feel the school’s support and companionship — just like being part of a big family 💖.

🍨 Special Session｜Industry Talk by Snow King Ice Cream (Since 1947)

To help international students better understand Taiwan’s ice cream industry,
we are honored to invite Mr. Kao Ching-Feng, the current owner of Snow King Ice Cream,
to share the inspiring story of this legendary brand founded in 1947 (the 36th year of the Republic of China).

Starting from a humble ice cream cart on the streets,
Snow King has now been passed down through three generations and is famous for offering more than 70 creative flavors —
ranging from classic sweet favorites 🍓 to unique savory varieties like pork floss 🐷, pig’s feet 🦶, and sesame chicken 🍗!

Mr. Kao emphasizes that “Localization is Globalization.” 🌍
He encourages international students to “create your own flavor of ice cream”,
and inspires them to pursue entrepreneurship after graduation —
building their own Italian 🇮🇹, French 🇫🇷, Japanese 🇯🇵, or Taiwanese 🇹🇼-style industries and flavors.
