An Alien Resident Certificate is given to foreign residents, including students in Taiwan.
The Resident Certificate is a Multiple Re-Entry Permit, and carries a Unified ID.
Resident Visa holders are required to apply Alien Resident Certificates (ARC) within 15 days after arrival.

3. Student ID or Proof of Study Tenure (Admission Letter for First time applicants)
4. Passport ID Photo
5. Police report (for report loss)
6. Fees NTD 1,000/ per year (Overseas Chinese rate: NTD 500/year)
7. Authorization letter (for applications on behalf)
