Activity Description： In order to let international students experience the winter solstice, the last activity of the International Chinese Language Programme cooperated with Original Taste Record at Tianmu Campus to let international students experience hand-rolling soup dumplings and making rainbow-shaped soup dumplings, and let international students understand that rolling soup dumplings is a special winter solstice custom, and eating soup dumplings will make them grow one year older. It was the first time for all the international students to make dumplings with their own hands, and they all felt it was a novelty and fun. At the end of the activity, a bowl of dumplings symbolising "reunion" and "peace" warmed the body and soul and brought good luck to the students, which was also a perfect ending to the semester's Chinese Language Activity Programme for International Students.
