During the 123^rd anniversary of the University of Taipei, the University invited three universities: Georgia College and State University, Indiana University of Pennsylvania, and Hokkaido University of Education to attend a Presidential Forum entitled “International Symposium on Strategies of Internationalization on Higher Education.
