Dr. Andy Yao, Department of Kinesiology of San Francisco State University having a discussion with Prof. Sabina Shu-Chun Chiang, Dean of the Office of International Affairs, Prof. Shih-Hui Chang, Chair of Department of Special Education, Prof. Tsung-Teng Wang, Chair of Department of Physical Education and Prof. Hung-Shu Chen, on the study abroad program. Both universities discuss matters on the possibility of cooperation.
