就業輔導工作坊|面試技巧與實務應對課程圓滿完成 強化學生職涯準備與臨場應對能力
本次就業輔導工作坊由國際事務處規劃辦理,特別邀請104人力銀行校園講師進行專業指導,課程主軸聚焦於「面試技巧與實務應對」。透過企業面試視角解析人才甄選重點,協助學生強化自我介紹、臨場表達及面試應對能力,進一步提升職涯準備度與就業競爭力。
本次課程透過講師講解、案例分析及現場互動交流,引導學生掌握常見面試題型與應答策略,學習如何有效呈現個人優勢與特質。同時,結合實務經驗分享,使學生更深入了解企業實際面試流程與職場期待,進一步強化求職準備與職場適應能力。
本次工作坊共回收問卷22份。整體滿意度達89.8%,未來職涯助益程度為86.4%,留臺就業信心程度為80.0%,顯示多數學生肯定本次活動對其職涯發展及就業準備具有實質助益。
在講師表現方面,104人力銀行張正衛資深專業副理整體教學滿意度達90.00%。講師以企業面試角度說明人才甄選重點,並強化學生在自我介紹、臨場表達及面試應對方面之能力。
整體而言,本次工作坊透過理論講解與實務演練並行,有效提升學生對職涯發展之認知、準備度與信心,具持續推動與優化之價值。
本學期最後一場「就業輔導工作坊-面試技巧與實務應對」已於5月26日順利完成,國際事務處感謝同學們於期末繁忙期間仍踴躍參與並積極投入,使活動圓滿落幕。

Career Development Workshop: Interview Skills and Practical Strategies Strengthen Students’ Job Readiness
The Career Development Workshop was organized by the Office of International Affairs, featuring professional instruction from a campus lecturer of 104 Job Bank. The session focused on “Interview Skills and Practical Strategies,” aiming to help students understand recruitment priorities from an employer’s perspective while strengthening their self-introduction, communication, and interview performance skills.
Through lectures, case studies, and interactive discussions, students were guided to understand common interview question types and response strategies, and to effectively present their strengths and personal qualities. In addition, practical sharing sessions provided insights into real corporate interview processes and workplace expectations, thereby enhancing students’ job preparation and workplace adaptability.
A total of 22 valid questionnaires were collected. The overall satisfaction rate reached 89.8%, with a perceived career development benefit of 86.4% and an 80.0% confidence level in pursuing employment in Taiwan. The results indicate that the workshop provided meaningful support for students’ career development and job readiness.
Regarding instructor performance, Mr. Zhang Zheng-Wei, Senior Specialist at 104 Job Bank, received an overall teaching satisfaction rate of 90.00%. His employer-based perspective helped students better understand key recruitment criteria and strengthen their skills in self-introduction, communication, and interview performance.
Overall, the workshop effectively combined theoretical instruction with practical exercises, significantly enhancing students’ career awareness, preparation, and confidence. The program demonstrates strong value for continued implementation and refinement.
The final session of the semester’s Career Development Workshop series, “Interview Skills and Practical Strategies,” was successfully held on May 26. The Office of International Affairs extends its appreciation to all students for their enthusiastic participation despite the busy final exam period.
The workshop covered the following topics:
- Key preparation strategies before interviews
- Structure and techniques for self-introduction
- Analysis of common interview questions
- Interview communication and response skills

Through his lectures and practical demonstrations, students gained a deeper understanding of Taiwan’s job application and interview culture while strengthening their self-presentation and career readiness.
