[International Exchange] Chung-Ang University Representatives Visit University of Taipei to Discuss Future Collaboration






The University of Taipei continues to expand its global partnerships and recently welcomed esteemed guests from Chung-Ang University (CAU), South Korea, to discuss opportunities for international collaboration.
The main purpose of this visit was to explore CAU’s upcoming short-term summer program. Both institutions engaged in meaningful discussions on program design, cultural experiences, and accommodation arrangements, aiming to provide students with enriched international learning experiences. During the meeting, the University of Taipei also promoted its own Mandarin Language and Culture Camp, showcasing its diverse Mandarin teaching resources, rich cultural activities, and comprehensive student support services, in hopes of attracting more Korean students to study in Taiwan.
Both sides expressed a strong willingness to further deepen cooperation. In addition to short-term student programs, future collaboration may extend to faculty exchanges and research partnerships, laying a solid foundation for a long-term relationship.
Founded in 1918, Chung-Ang University is one of South Korea’s most prestigious comprehensive universities. With two main campuses, CAU offers a wide range of programs in humanities, arts, natural sciences, engineering, and medicine, and is known for its strong international ties and academic excellence.
This visit not only enhanced mutual understanding between the two universities but also laid the groundwork for future collaborations. The University of Taipei will continue to strengthen ties with international partners and create new opportunities for global academic cooperation.
