【國際交流】臺北市立大學 X 橫濱市立大學
臺北市立大學於2026年9月7日於博愛校區接待日本橫濱市立大學參訪。本次交流由北市大國際及兩岸學術交流組余佳穎組長、歷史與地理學系陳曉偉老師及公共事務學系余孟哲老師代表出席，橫濱市立大學則由招生組組長堤慎吾（Tsutsumi Shingo）蒞臨出席。雙方透過影片與簡報進行校務介紹，並針對未來合作規劃展開討論，進一步增進對彼此辦學特色與發展方向的理解。
會中兩校對「都市智庫」定位與「城市即教室」理念展現高度共鳴。北市大分享了協助臺北市政府籌辦「韌性城市」國際研討會的成果，以及近兩年深耕萬華地區的大學社會責任計畫與街友議題實踐；橫濱市立大學則展示運用數據科學參與地方治理的具體經驗，並介紹其與日本 Nissan、Fujifilm 等知名企業合作的實習制度。未來兩校將透過國際事務單位建立正式聯繫管道，期盼在跨國實習與地方社會實踐領域展開進一步合作。
【International Exchange】University of Taipei × Yokohama City University
On September 7, 2026, the University of Taipei hosted a delegation from Yokohama City University at its Bo-Ai Campus. The exchange was represented by Director of International and Cross-Strait Academic Exchange Division,Chia-yin Yu, Department of History and Geography Assistant Professor,Hsiao-Wei Chen, and Department of Public Affairs Assistant Professor Meng-Che Yu, while YCU was represented by Admissions Division supervisor Tsutsumi Shingo . Both sides presented institutional overviews through videos and briefings and discussed future collaboration plans to deepen mutual understanding of their respective academic characteristics and strategic directions.
During the meeting, both universities found strong resonance in their shared positioning as "urban think tanks" and their commitment to the "city as a classroom" philosophy. UT shared its accomplishments in helping the Taipei City Government host the "Resilient City" international symposium, along with its University Social Responsibility initiatives in Wanhua District over the past two years focusing on homelessness. YCU highlighted its experience using data science for local governance and introduced its internship programs partnered with prominent Japanese enterprises, including Nissan and Fujifilm. Moving forward, the two institutions plan to establish formal channels of communication through their international affairs offices, aiming to foster deeper cooperation in cross-border internships and local social practice.
