【國際交流】保加利亞學者三日交流次日：Ivan Slavchev 副教授深入休管所與運科所 探討國際專案與數位體育
臺北市立大學天母校區邀請保加利亞國立體育學院 Ivan Slavchev 副教授蒞校進行為期三日的學術交流。行程第二日（10/14），校方首先安排 Slavchev 副教授品嚐在地美食，感受臺灣豐富的飲食文化。
隨後，Slavchev 副教授前往休閒運動管理研究所舉行座談，與碩士一年級學生深入交流。座談聚焦於「國際運動計畫管理」，他分享了 Erasmus+ 國際合作計畫的實務經驗，並詳細解析專案生命周期的四個核心階段——啟動、規劃、執行與結束，為學生們建立紮實的國際專案概念。
下午，Slavchev 副教授前往運動科學研究所進行專題分享，主題為「體育教育中的數位學習與資訊科技應用」。他以保加利亞國立體育學院的實務經驗為例，介紹運動生物力學、AI 模擬教學及無人機技術於體育領域的創新結合，同時深入探討線上評量機制、AI 使用規範與資訊安全等關鍵議題。
講座過程中，Slavchev 副教授善用即時投票與簡短問卷等數位互動工具，激發學生現場討論，大幅提升課堂參與感與互動品質，為第二天的學術交流畫下精彩句點。
The Tianmu Campus of the University of Taipei invited Associate Professor Ivan Slavchev from the National Sports Academy in Bulgaria for a three-day academic exchange. On the second day of his visit (October 14), the university first arranged for Associate Professor Slavchev to taste local cuisine and experience Taiwan’s rich food culture.
Subsequently, Associate Professor Slavchev visited the Graduate Institute of Sports and Leisure Management for a seminar, engaging in in-depth exchanges with first-year master's students. Focusing on "Managing International Sports Projects," he shared practical experience from Erasmus+ international cooperation projects and detailed the four core stages of the project lifecycle—Initiating, Planning, Executing, and Closing—building a solid foundation in international project concepts for the students.
In the afternoon, Associate Professor Slavchev gave a special presentation at the Graduate Institute of Sports Science on "Digital Tools in Sports Education: How We Implement E-Learning and IT in Our Academy." Drawing on the practical experience of the National Sports Academy in Bulgaria, he introduced the innovative integration of biomechanics, AI-assisted simulation teaching, and drone technology in physical education, while also exploring key issues such as online assessment mechanisms, AI usage guidelines, and data safety. Throughout the lectures, Associate Professor Slavchev effectively made use of digital interactive tools such as real-time polling and short questionnaires, prompting lively discussions among students and greatly enhancing classroom participation and interaction, bringing the second day of academic exchange to a successful close.
