一、有關本校113學年度第2學期即將畢業之僑外生，如有畢業後實習之需求，取得擬實習機構同意實習證明書，至遲應於居留效期屆滿2個月前，向學校提出畢業後實習之申請，請僑外生於2025年5月10日前將申請送至博愛校區國際處G616B室審查，本校將相關申請表件函送教育部審查。

二、僑外生畢業後實習相關申請表件,其中在臺實習申請表係按就學身分別區分為僑生(含港澳生)、外國學生適用版本之電子檔可至教育部國際及兩岸教育司網頁(https://depart.moe.edu.tw/ed2500/)-「業務專區」-「僑外生事務」項下，依僑生、外國學生類別， 點選「畢業後實習」資料下載使用。

📢 Notice on Post-Graduation Internship Applications for Overseas Chinese and International Students (2nd Semester, Academic Year 2024–2025)

1. Overseas Chinese students (including students from Hong Kong and Macao) and international students who are about to graduate and wish to apply for a post-graduation internship in Taiwan must first obtain an Internship Confirmation Letter from the intended internship organization.
   The application must be submitted to the school no later than two months before the expiration of the ARC (Alien Resident Certificate).

👉 Please submit all required application documents to the
📍 Office of International Affairs, Room G616B, Bo’ai Campus,
by May 10, 2025.
The university will then forward the documents to the Ministry of Education for review.

2. The application forms for post-graduation internships, including the “Application Form for Internship in Taiwan,” differ depending on student status (Overseas Chinese / International student).
   Please download the correct version from the Ministry of Education’s website:

   Go to “Business Section” → “Affairs for Overseas and International Students” → “Post-Graduation Internship” to find the appropriate documents.
