2025香港中學生臺灣參訪團蒞臨臺北市立大學 促進臺港體育文化交流
臺北市立大學於114年8月13日(三)在天母校區盛大舉辦「2025香港中學生體育交流活動」,熱情迎接來自五所香港中學的師生,以及香港臺北經濟文化辦事處與國立暨南國際大學貴賓,共計43位來訪嘉賓。本次活動以排球友誼賽為主軸,結合校園導覽,期盼透過運動建立深厚情誼,拓展雙方青年學子的國際視野。
上午的迎賓儀式於科資大樓810會議室舉行,由運動健康科學系賴長琦老師擔任司儀,並邀請曾國維副校長致詞,表達對來訪團的熱烈歡迎與交流期待。致詞後播放臺北市立大學英文宣傳影片,讓來賓深入了解學校的歷史沿革、學科特色,宣傳本校以達招生目的。隨後進行禮物交換儀式,由曾副校長親自致贈象徵北市大精神的「北市大熊」予香港各中學及合作單位,寓意臺港情誼長存。
活動中安排了校園導覽,帶領來訪團參觀運動科學研究所、運動健康科學系實驗室與運動器材科技研究所等場域,並於下午前往詩欣館5樓排球場,進行共同訓練與排球友誼賽。比賽過程中,雙方選手奮力拚搏、切磋球技,充分展現體育交流的魅力與精神。
本次活動由行政副校長辦公室、體育學院、體育處、國際處、球類系、運動健康科學系、運動器材科技研究所與運動科學研究所共同協辦,不僅促進了臺港學生的運動技術交流,也加深彼此文化理解,為未來更多元的國際合作奠定基礎。臺北市立大學期盼,雙方能在今日的交流中建立長久友誼,並持續推動體育與教育領域的互動與合作。
2025 Hong Kong Secondary School Students Visit Taipei City University to Promote Taiwan–Hong Kong Sports and Cultural Exchange
On August 13, 2025 (Wednesday), Taipei City University warmly welcomed the “2025 Hong Kong Secondary School Sports Exchange Delegation” to its Tianmu Campus. The delegation included teachers and students from five Hong Kong secondary schools, as well as representatives from the Hong Kong–Taipei Economic and Cultural Office and National Chi Nan University, totaling 42 participants. Centered on a volleyball friendship match , the program combined campus tours and interactive activities, aiming to build lasting friendships through sports and broaden the international horizons of young students from both sides.
The morning’s welcome ceremony took place in Room 810 of the Kezi Building, hosted by Professor Lai Chang-Chi from the Department of Exercise Health Science. Vice President Tseng Kuo-Wei delivered the opening remarks, extending a warm welcome and expressing his hopes for meaningful exchanges. Following his speech, the university’s English-language promotional video was screened, introducing the visitors to Taipei City University’s history, academic strengths, and global engagement. A gift exchange ceremony then followed, with Vice President Tseng personally presenting the symbolic “UT Bears” to each Hong Kong school and partner institution—an emblem of enduring friendship between Taipei and Hong Kong. The ceremony concluded with a group photo session, capturing the lively atmosphere.
The event also featured a campus tour, guiding the delegation through the Graduate Institute of Exercise Science, the laboratories of the Department of Exercise Health Science, and the Graduate Institute of Sports Equipment Technology, followed by a group lunch on campus. In the afternoon, the group gathered at the 5th-floor volleyball court of the Shih Hsin Hall, where they engaged in joint training and warm-up activities before a two-hour volleyball friendship match. Throughout the match, players from both sides competed with skill and determination, while enthusiastic supporters on the sidelines cheered them on—fully embodying the spirit and joy of sports exchange.
Jointly organized by the Office of the Executive Vice President, College of Sports Science, Office of Physical Education, Office of International Affairs, Department of Ball Games, Department of Exercise Health Science, Graduate Institute of Sports Equipment Technology, and Graduate Institute of Exercise Science, the event not only enhanced the athletic exchange between Taiwan and Hong Kong students but also deepened mutual cultural understanding. Taipei City University looks forward to building lasting friendships from today’s exchange and continuing to foster collaboration in sports and education in the years to come.
