活動內容：為使本校出國交換生在赴外研修前充分了解應辦理之手續及其他注意事項，國際事務處特舉辦行前說明會及提名說明會，期能協助學生於海外順利學習並平安返國。本次說明會共計62位出國交換生參加。相關資料請參閱附件。

Event Details:
To ensure that our outbound exchange students are well informed of the required procedures and other important matters prior to their overseas study, the Office of International Affairs organized the Pre-Departure Orientation for Spring 2026 outbound exchange students and the Nomination Briefing for Fall 2026 outbound exchange students. The orientations aimed to facilitate a smooth academic experience abroad and to ensure students' safe return. A total of 62 outbound exchange students attended the sessions.
