【國際處轉知】2026年僑生就業博覽會（臺北場）

為協助僑生瞭解就業市場趨勢並拓展職涯發展機會，2026年僑生就業博覽會臺北場將於4月11日（星期六）上午11時至下午5時，假臺北車站多功能展演區舉辦，歡迎本校僑生踴躍報名參加。

一、活動時間與地點

📅 2026年4月11日（六）11:00–17:00
📍 臺北車站多功能展演區

二、團體報名與交通補助說明

本活動採團體報名方式辦理，交通安排依報名人數規劃如下（以校為單位擇一方案）：

（一）10至20人

  • 提供每位報名者臺鐵自強號來回票價補助，或

  • 每人新臺幣100元交通費補助。

（二）20人以上

  • 原則由學校自行安排遊覽車；

  • 若評估搭乘大眾運輸較為便利，亦可選擇：

    • 補助臺鐵自強號來回票價，或

    • 每人新臺幣100元交通費。

（三）行政作業事項

  1. 請於3月10日前填送團體報名表。

  2. 採遊覽車或臺鐵方案者，請提供相關報價或車站與票價資訊。

  3. 活動後檢附單據、名冊等資料辦理核銷撥款。

三、保險與餐費補助

  • 保險：請為參加師生投保旅遊平安險（新臺幣200萬元，附加20萬元意外醫療險），活動後檢附相關文件辦理核銷。

  • 餐費補助：每人補助上限新臺幣250元（含飲水），請檢附餐費單據及簽到單辦理核銷。

四、僑生履歷健檢

有意參加「僑生履歷健檢」之同學，請事先填妥僑外生履歷表並於活動當日攜帶紙本前往會場。

五、公假說明

敬請核予參加學生及帶隊教職員1日公假。

[Announcement] 2026 Overseas Chinese Student Job Fair (Taipei Session)

To support Overseas Chinese students in understanding Taiwan’s job market and expanding career opportunities, the 2026 Overseas Chinese Student Job Fair – Taipei Session will be held on Saturday, April 11, 2026, from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM at the Taipei Main Station Multi-Function Exhibition Area. Students are warmly encouraged to participate.

1. Event Information

📅 Date: April 11, 2026 (Sat.)
⏰ Time: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM
📍 Venue: Taipei Main Station Multi-Function Exhibition Area

2. Group Registration & Transportation Subsidy

Group registration is required. Transportation subsidies are provided according to the number of participants (one option per institution):

(1) 10–20 participants

  • Round-trip Tze-Chiang Limited Express train fare subsidy, or

  • NT$100 transportation allowance per person.

(2) More than 20 participants

  • Schools are encouraged to arrange chartered buses; or

  • If public transportation is more convenient, choose either:

    • Round-trip Tze-Chiang train fare subsidy, or

    • NT$100 transportation allowance per person.

(3) Administrative Procedures

  • Submit the group registration form by March 10.

  • Provide bus quotations or train station and fare details if applicable.

  • Submit required documents and receipts after the event for reimbursement.

3. Insurance & Meal Subsidy

  • Insurance: Participants must be covered by travel insurance (NT$2 million coverage with NT$200,000 accidental medical coverage).

  • Meal Subsidy: Up to NT$250 per person (including beverages). Please submit receipts and attendance sheets for reimbursement.

4. Resume Clinic

Students who wish to participate in the Resume Clinic should complete the resume form in advance and bring a printed copy to the event.

5. Official Leave

Participants and accompanying faculty/staff are eligible to apply for one-day official leave.

Students are encouraged to seize this valuable opportunity to connect with employers and prepare for their future careers.
