活動內容：為使本校出國交換生赴外研修前完善自身權利與義務，本處特辦理行前及提名說明會，說明提名申請、註冊、宿舍、兵役及相關義務責任，以期學生在外能順利學習，平安歸國。與會出國交換生共計65人。說明會資料請見附件。

Event Details:
To ensure that outbound exchange students are well-prepared in understanding their rights and responsibilities before studying abroad, Office of International Affairs is organizing a pre-departure orientation and nomination briefing. The session will cover topics such as nomination application, registration, accommodation, military service, and related obligations. The goal is to facilitate students' successful learning experiences abroad and their safe return home. A total of 65 outbound exchange students attended the session.
