Lost and Found

If you find lost property (including cash) on campus, please submit it to:

  • Bo-Ai Campus: Division of Student Support and Campus Safety, Office of Student Affairs (3F, Administration Building)
  • Tian-Mu Campus: Branch Office of Student Affairs (2F, Administration Building)

If you find lost property off campus, please take it to the nearest local police station.

Health Services

Health Promotion Center

The Health Promotion Center is dedicated to maintaining the physical and mental well-being of students, faculty, and staff. It provides comprehensive health services, promotes a healthy campus environment, and offers health education programs. Services include:

  • New student health examinations and health record management
  • Follow-up for health check results, outpatient consultation, and emergency care
  • Student group insurance and travel insurance services
  • Communicable disease prevention and management
  • Basic health measurements and short-term medical equipment loan
  • Campus health maintenance (cleanliness, lighting inspection, pest and epidemic prevention)
  • Health promotion activities, lectures, and medical information resources

Medical Visit Guidelines

  1. Please bring your student ID and passport and sufficient cash when seeking medical treatment.
  2. For serious illness, it is recommended that at least one friend accompany you.
  3. In case of emergency, contact campus safety personnel, your department advisor, Health Promotion Center staff, or OIA staff immediately.
  4. Request a medical certificate and official receipt from the hospital or clinic.
  5. Insurance reimbursement procedures must be handled according to your insurance provider's regulations.

Counseling Services

Student Counseling Center

The Student Counseling Center aims to support students in developing self-awareness, promoting mental well-being, and enhancing interpersonal and social adjustment. A variety of comprehensive counseling services are available, including:

  • Individual and group counseling to help students address emotional concerns, explore personal growth, and improve relationships.
  • Psychological assessments and class-based workshops to enhance understanding of learning styles, interpersonal skills, and self-development.
  • Professional support services for students with disabilities, assisting them in successfully completing their studies and improving their academic, social, and daily life adaptation.
