• What to do when you encounter a stranger trying to commit a fraud on you:

(1) Stay calm and remember not to tell him/her your personal information

(2) Communicate in a euphemistic way to prevent yourself from being attacked.

(3) Call the police and inform the military instructor, security guards or other students for help.

• What to do when you see a flasher/vagrant on campus:

(1) Stay calm and remember the time, date, location, their appearance and outfit when you see a flasher or vagrant on campus, and then inform the military instructor or campus security report center.

(2) DO NOT make fun of the flasher or vagrant, preventing yourself from getting attacked.

(3)  If they have any obscene behavior, leave them immediately and shout loudly to ask for help.
